Thank you so much for all you did for my Aunt Betsy in her final months. We are very thankful for the care and love you showed her every day. Good morning, More often than not, people will take the time to complain about a service if dissatisfied. On the other hand I feel that an individual should be recognized for a job well done. On behalf of the Canady family we would like to express how wonderful an employee you have in Kimberly. She is a caregiver for my brother Charles Canady, the word that should jump out at anyone is CARE. Because of her genuine empathy, not only does she take care of the body but also the mind and the feelings of her client. Based on interactions with other healthcare facilities over the years, we know how blessed we are to have this jewel. She is personable but professional and we love her. I was injured in 2019. I had a severe knee injury and I needed seven months of care seven days a week. Pk and Alison were here on time taking care of me. They were more than caretakers; they treated me like family. They put a lot of effort into the meals they cooked, the housekeeping, and most importantly keeping my spirits up and keeping me motivated. It was such a difficult recovery, but your people made it so much easier. I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family. Their cooking was so good and healthy; my stomach problems went away.

I would like to take this moment to thank you for seeking the perfect match in a CNA caregiver for our weekly caregiver team family. Finding our CNA was a great match for helping to give the healthcare to the client that he needs. The CNA has gone well beyond her duties to make sure the client has proper care. She devotes her time and energy to not only report to work, but used her personal time to visit him while he was hospitalized. While there visiting him at the hospital she was very instrumental in his healthcare with the hospital staff. For this act of kindness, I personally want to acknowledge her dedication and devotion in caring for the client.
